Just a little teaser of another home that I have decorated for the Candlelight tour of homes in Granbury Texas. This is what you see as you enter this beautiful lake front condo.

The dining room is surrounded by water.  You feel like you are having dinner on a cruiseship.

First of Six homes for the Candlelight Tour

This is the entryway for the Arbour house bed and breakfast that will be on the Candlelight tour of homes in Granbury Texas.  I had two wonderful decorators to help with this B & B and its sister
B & B in the back.  We finished up and are now heading to the next project for the tour.

Centerpiece on the table in the parlor.  Unfortunately the colors are much deeper then they appear but I could not get the lighting to participate.  The B&B is predominately pink, rose, and plum.  The colors we used are a teal/aqua blue (very hot this Christmas), deep plum, white, silver and gold.

The parlor has a lovely old organ that we dressed up and featured in this room.
 

Small table top trees and birds ornaments were both very popular during the Victorian era.
The tour is November 30, December 1 and 2.  If you have never been it is a real treat and gives lots of decorating ideas for Christmas plus you will certainly get in the Christmas spirit.  All of the houses that I am working on have very different themes so be sure to check it out and get inspired!

Candlelight Tour of Homes

So today I met with the owner of the third house on the Granbury Christmas Candlelight tour of Homes that needs help with decorating.   Starting to look like I am going to be very busy!  Starting next week I will be working on 2 bed and breakfasts, a condo model, and a private home.  I am excited because each one is going to be very different.  Traditional Victorian, Lakeside, and modern Christmas colors with a twist of magic.  Luckily I have some talented help so we should be finished in time.  Check back for photos and Christmas decor ideas and don't forget to attend the Candlelight tour on November 30, December 1 and 2.  It really is a delightful and magical time.Check out this link for more info   http://granburysquare.com/
